What a weekend! We kicked off the year with a bang, thanks to our fantastic trainer and facilitator, Stefano di Maria. All SPYSers came together to collaborate, connect, and bond, brainstorming ideas and dreams to set the stage for an exciting year ahead.
Friday began with a warm welcome, fun icebreakers, and a collaborative BBQ that helped us get to know each other. We also shared our summer experiences, hearing inspiring stories from voluntary work in India and the Czech Republic, the YES summer camp in Isla, and the Slovenia exchange.
Saturday morning was focused on self-awareness, starting with a creative Johari Window exercise and first impressions shared through Dixit cards. We then used LEGO SERIOUS PLAY to visualize our individual and collective vision for SPYS, capturing everyone’s ideas into a shared vision.
Finally, Sunday brought reflection, brainstorming future actions, and creative evaluations using Dixit cards and the Blob Tree. It was a weekend full of connection, growth, and inspiration!
