Adult training weekend

Discovering yourself, accepting what you are and how others are made up and then understanding how you make your life work, sounds like a difficult and often painful task. Many of the participants in the workshop about the Enneagram shared these feelings upon arrival for the weekend seminar organized by the Salesian Pastoral Youth Service (SPYS), in Savio College, Dingli.

Relationships: the spices of life

Spending a weekend away from the unusual entertainment centres may seem unusual for many young people... some might say unthinkable! But the young people from the Marsa Youth Centre who spent their weekend at Savio Salesian House thought it was worth the while. They participated in a seminar about relationships, organized by the Salesian Pastoral Youth Service (SPYS). It was a learning and enjoyable experience but above all an experience of growth on a personal and interpersonal level.

Relationships Seminar

A group of 21 teenagers from Lija took time off from their usual weekend activities to spend time together at Savio College, Dingli. Accompanied by their leaders, they participated in a seminar organized by the Salesian Pastoral Youth Service. The young people, in a lively and creative atmosphere explored the meaning of relationships. They focused on the essential role that healthy relationships have in each one's growth. Living together and learning to accept and respect each other were the secrets of success during the weekend, as it should be in everyday life.
